We want you and your pet to be happy. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
30-day returns
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as they're unused and in their original packaging.
What we can accept
- Unused items in original, resellable condition and packaging
- Items returned within 30 days of delivery
What we can't accept
- Items that have been used, washed, chewed, or covered in fur
- Items returned without their original packaging
- Final-sale or clearance items
How to start a return
Contact our team through the link in the footer with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with simple instructions to get it sorted.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is checked, we'll process your refund to the original payment method, usually within 5 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within a few days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right — no need to ship anything back in most cases.
